It drops from the Eidolon Gantulyst (either kill or capture). Untransmutable Primed Shred is the Primed version of Shred, which increases both fire rate of Primary weapons by 5% and punch through by 0.2 meter per rank for a maximum of 55% and 2.2 meter at Rank 10, respectively. Berserker is better anyways, more speed for less points.
