This Is a mod installer for hollow knight - designed to make mod installation a breeze. Games like DST, with Workshops, are just much. Even IF Hollow Knight did have a Steam Workshop, it would still download the content on your pc. You will need to locate the Hollow Knight game files, which you can do by right-clicking the game in your Steam library > Properties > Local.
